Sometimes it’s difficult to live in the moment when you’re pulled in a ton of different directions and have lots of distractions. So let this mantra serve as your reminder (and permission!) to focus solely on the person you’re with or the task at hand.
This is number 18 of my 19 positive affirmations I read aloud each day! It is definitely changing the way I am thinking. I recommend reading them aloud to yourself each day.
